Statutory Legal Guarantee

All goods purchased through the online shop are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer purchases.

As a consumer, you have statutory rights if a purchased product does not conform to the contract, for example if it has a defect or does not correspond to the agreed characteristics.

The statutory legal guarantee exists independently of any voluntary commercial guarantee.

For consumer purchases of goods, the statutory guarantee period is generally at least two years from the date on which the goods are delivered, subject to the applicable statutory provisions.

If a product is defective, you may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where the legal requirements are met, to a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract.
